Include Bob Barr in Presidential Debates

We have been hearing a lot about the Democratic and Republican presidential candidates in the media. Recent coverage of Obama and McCain has focused on who they would pick for vice-president.
Meanwhile, former Congressman Bob Barr, the Libertarian nominee, has received better media coverage this year than any previous Libertarian candidate. As a result, Barr is polling 6% nationally in recent polling by Zogby, considerably higher than the normal one percent for a Libertarian presidential candidate. In some states Barr is polling double digits, such as New Hampshire, Nevada, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
